PDO Threads® (polydioxanone threads) provide a non-surgical option to lift and tighten skin for a refreshed appearance. Chemical compound that is used in surgical settings and has been around for years. The Threads are inserted into the subcutaneous layer causing micro-injuries that will promote collagen. After roughly 6 months, the threads dissolve developing new collagen. There are different forms of threads, which must be assessed by a licensed Board Certified medical staff member.
